Policy: 

It is the policy of the President’s Office that all administrative policies shall follow the Guidelines for Policies and Procedures to ensure consistency, accuracy, standardization, and regular review.

Purpose: 

These guidelines are intended to provide a framework for the structure and development, as well as the procedures for obtaining approval, of administrative policies. A common framework and structure is intended to assist with organizing administrative policies and provide clear and complete communication of policy information.
