A computerized maintenance management system is utilized by the Facilities Department to help maintain and repair campus buildings and grounds. Workorders are used to provide information to maintenance, custodial, and grounds staff and to track progress in solving issues as they occur. Workorders may also be created to request assistance with various building or campus grounds activities such as office moves, special custodial requests, and small maintenance or repair projects.

To Whom Does This Policy Apply: 

All staff and faculty who work at the college.
